With her diamond-shaped vertical bows, bevelled hulls, and tall rig, Sami Malu goes a great deal further than just her outer appearance and her interior layout. Sami Malu is a beautiful 2017 four-cabin Lagoon 52. Perhaps one of the most impressive solar upgrades ever installed on an L52, Sami Malu’s 4,530 watts of solar were installed on a custom fabricated aluminum structure in 2023.
Although she is equipped with a very impressive Cummins Onan 17 kW generator, her solar alone enables her to be a completely off-grid boat.
