Lagoon 450 Princess Fontanka 2011, 3-cabin owner’s version — first owner, great price!
EU VAT paid.
Princess Fontanka is a beautifully maintained first owner’s Lagoon 450, launched in 2011 and thoughtfully updated over time, making her an ideal choice for private cruising or extended liveaboard adventures. With a generous beam of 7.87 m and a draft of just 1.3 m, she balances comfort, stability, and easy access to shallow anchorages.
Built in fiberglass with teak accents on deck, she combines durability with a timeless Lagoon design. She carries SSR registration (147164) and was last antifouled and polished in 2025, ensuring she is turnkey and ready for the season.
Powered by twin Yanmar 4JH5CE 54 hp engines with saildrives from 2011 and fitted with new Vari-Prop propellers in 2025, she cruises economically consuming approximately 3 L/hour per engine. Hot water is supplied via engine heat exchange, adding efficiency while underway. One saildrive was renewed in 2024 and both engines were overhauled prior to the 2025 season; throttle controls and cables were replaced in 2025.
Her electrical and energy systems have been maintained, with shore power and a generator available for extended independence at sea.
She is equipped with a comprehensive navigation and electronics suite suitable for offshore cruising.
The sought-after three-cabin owner’s layout offers a spacious master suite with ensuite head, two comfortable guest cabins each with an ensuite, and additional berths in the saloon and a forward skipper cabin, providing up to seven or more berths in total. All three heads are freshwater-flush with hot water supplied via shore power or engine.
The well-appointed galley offers ample storage, refrigeration and freezer capacity, and standard kitchenware, suitable for extended cruising.
The standing rigging is original to 2011 and was formally inspected in 2024; running rigging was also inspected in 2024. The main and headsail were replaced in 2020, and the screecher/gennaker is original and lightly used. Electric winches handle sail control.
Safety equipment has been maintained and includes life-saving and emergency systems appropriate for offshore passages; EPIRB and other safety systems should be reviewed prior to extended offshore use.
Ground tackle and deck fittings have been serviced and are ready for use.
With recent upgrades, including new propellers in 2025 and new sails in 2020, Princess Fontanka is presented in excellent condition. Her proven Lagoon 450 design and meticulous maintenance make her a ready-to-sail opportunity for her next owners.
Princess Fontanka is not equipped with air conditioning (it can be installed locally), but she has heating in both hulls.
Yes, the bulkheads were inspected and reinforced by official Lagoon service.
