Overview
Watermark is a rare, meticulously maintained example of the legendary Atlantic 42 performance catamaran. Built by the respected Lombardi Yachts, she embodies the Chris White philosophy of speed, safety, and ease of handling.
Unlike many vessels of this vintage, Watermark has undergone a comprehensive refit and continuous upgrade cycle from 2019 through 2025. With a repower completed in 2022, updated saildrives, and a complete electronics and power overhaul, she is a “turn-key” offshore machine. Since 2022, she has been dry-sailed, preserving the hull and machinery in top-tier condition.
March 2026 Update: The owner has recently bought another boat that better suits their needs and is willing to entertain reasonable offers.

Machinery & Propulsion
The propulsion system received a major overhaul in 2022, and routine maintenance has been kept current to ensure reliable performance.
Electrical & Solar
The electrical and power systems were substantially modernized through 2025, including upgrades to the house bank, solar charging capability, and charging controls to support extended cruising autonomy.
Sails & Rigging
The sails and rigging have been well maintained and improved for enhanced downwind and performance sailing in recent years.
Electronics & Navigation
Navigation and instrument systems were updated between 2019 and 2023, with modern GPS, instrument, and communication systems installed to improve offshore capability and safety.
Hull & Deck
Hull and deck surfaces have been refreshed in the last several years and the bottom has been stripped and repainted, with thru-hulls and other underwater hardware renewed as part of routine upkeep. Rudder design updates were completed in 2020 and ground tackle systems were improved.
Interior & Comfort
The interior has been upgraded for long-range cruising including the addition of a watermaker in 2023, a comprehensive refresh of sanitary plumbing, rebuilt toilets, refinished flooring, and refurbishment of the LP locker.
