Octopus is a 6-cabin Fountaine Pajot Ipanema catamaran that was converted to a power catamaran after being damaged in Hurricane Irma. The boat features a brand new Northern Lights 6 kW generator, 6,650 W of solar on 25 panels, 2,000W Giandel inverter, 12k BTUs of air conditioning throughout, less than 1,000 hours on her Yanmar engines, new Aquatec watermaker, and so much more.
The Ipanema 58 is a luxury catamaran manufactured by the Fountaine Pajot shipyard, designed to offer great comfort and top-of-the-line navigation at sea. It was designed by the famous French naval architect Berret Racoupeau. This boat has large interior and exterior living spaces, measuring 17.35 meters in length and 8.43 meters in width. The Ipanema 58 has six double cabins with private bathrooms, as well as an additional cabin for crew. It can accommodate up to 12 people on board.
